Why You Are So Important
Movement | DFW was first conceived in a conversation between Mac Pier, Tim Keller, and Bob Doll. They recognized that cities throughout the world were facing three common challenges. First the aging of Christianity, then the speed of growth and migration into cities, and finally the division in the church racially and denominationally.
The first Movement Day Expression took place in Manhattan in 2010 hosted by Movement.org. Four Years later, at the encouragement of Key Christian Leaders in DFW that visited the initial NY Movement Days, Movement Day in Dallas was launched in 2014 as the first global expansion city of Movement.org to provide a platform for a Unified City through a Unified Church across DFW.
